MARTHA GREINER to the Erie Art Museum, Erie, PA, where she trained as an oil painter. She studied Fine Art at Mercyhurst College in Erie, Blossoms II-Art of Flowers national touring exhibition in museums throughout the US. Her body of work is multimedia with a wide range of subject matters. “As an artist, my work comprises multi dimensions in both aesthetic and educational values. I try to emphasize the little nuances of what we see in our daily lives by using diverse media to accomplish this while educating the viewer. I wish to educate the viewer by taking advantage of the opportunity without the viewer knowing they are being educated. Also, to demonstrate what “can be” seen even if it is not so in reality. This is why my body of artwork is very colorful and detailed; to show the little and often vague subjects we miss in the ‘blink of an eye’.” 166
