Right: Mengi Yay Yachts Aquarius is a 45-metre motor yacht which was completed with NB93 production code and delivered to the owner in August 2016, after 19 months’ work and a workforce of approximately 50 people. This luxury motor yacht has a semi-displacement hull, she is made of wood epoxy laminating technology and has tri decks. The exterior of Aquarius was designed by the in-house team at Mengi Yay Shipyard. The interiors were also designed by Autoban and operated by BTA and the engineering was completed by Ginton Naval Architects. I was the founder and principal of Tierra Design Singapore; after leaving Singapore in 1997, I founded Tierra Design Australia and Tierra Design Thailand.
