This stylish Cinema Room/Lounge is fully integrated Crestron, Lutron Kaleidescape, Apple TV Home Automation systems.

Kern Interior Design + Architecture - Bathroom over ÂŁ100,000 This family with 2 children wanted a luxurious penthouse in a prime location. Colours and materials where all specifically requested by the owners, and implemented within a classic, old Hollywood style, with modern touches. Use of crystals, mirrors and Art Deco designs are in abundance, as this project shimmers into the Awards. Fit for the likes of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers to twirl across the hard wood floor, the living space is vintage decadence brought to life in a new century. READ THE FULL STORY...

Laura Stein Interiors Bedroom Laura Stein Interiors were asked if they could fully furnish the house from top to bottom before the client moved in at the end of June. With less than three months to complete the project every room had to be designed carefully and efficiently. The client’s taste was contemporary, but warm and comfortable. He liked strong hits of colour and bold contrast incorporating shades of blue, red and orange. A brilliant element in this room is the custom benches that Laura and her team designed for the foot of the bed. Taylor Interiors - Kitchen over £25,000 This beautifully constructed villa in the Puerto Andratx hills has stunning views overlooking the surrounding bay. A British developer tasked the Taylor Interiors design team with balancing and harmonizing the clean symmetrical lines of the property’s minimalist architecture and through the decor adding warmth and comfort to the large spaces. The kitchen by Boffi is highly functional and stylish, fusing sleek finishes and a streamlined palette. House Of Beast - Interior Design - Residential ÂŁ2.5 - 5 Million The Playhouse, a 6000-square feet, two-level apartment, is situated in a typical Hong Kong industrial building. The client wants the team at House Of Beast to transform this space into a private hideaway for parties and as a holiday home. Recreated into an industrial loft, the materials have been carefully sourced worldwide. Aged Italian brick tiles, blacken steel I-beams and cement panels throughout complete the retro rustic atmosphere of a New York-style loft. This prestigious development, Eminence Mansion, demanded a show suite that fully embraced the timeless elegance and grace of classical European style. Archival details of Romanticism and Classical elements have been instructive in creating the rebirth of these courtly manor houses. Sensuously rich materials evoking semiprecious jewels have been combined for flooring patterns celebrating historical grandeur. A2Zen Consulting - Asia-Pacific Residential £1-2.5Million The team at A2Zen were given the task to design the interiors of the Penthouse to live up to the standards of the Award Winning Development within which it is located. The plan was to open up the living area for entertaining and indoor/outdoor living flow.
