Almost all around the world, the construction of one’s own house equates to an enormous financial burden. You’ll marvel at what’s all possible with bamboo. Costa Rica, quite differently than a lot of other destinations, addresses a range of tourist groups. We present you a few of these in this issue. My favorite place is the cafe in the National Theater, where one can take a snuggly coffee break under an impressive fresco ceiling painting. First, I’d like to draw your attention to the south of Costa Rica, to a rain forest that, due to the engagement of a Viennese music professor and the association that he initiated, was preserved and even enlarged. Whoever travels there is fascinated by the variety of plants and animals in the middle of a true jungle. In this sense, Pura Vida!
