Replace your Whiteboard Have a well-used whiteboard that needs replacing? Our whiteboards carry a five-year warranty and a replacement parts program after the warranty period.
Social & Environmental Responsibility Highlights 2023
Copernicans’ Learning Journey In our continued mission to learn more about the climate crisis, we started a new training module through Project Drawdown called Climate Solutions 101. Our aim is to hold space for discussions about the future of our planet and empower us to take action to drive change.
Nature programs This year we successfully piloted a free summer nature program for the first time. With screen times at an all-time high, our goal is get kids back outdoors, reconnecting to the natural world.
Carbon Offsets This year we supported several offset projects including the protection of peatlands in Indonesia, water filtration systems in Mozambique, Biogas as a renewable energy source in Kenya, and Indigenous led forest management in British Columbia, Canada. The cumulative reduction totals at 2,469.1 Mt CO2e.

Solid bamboo: Strong, durable, beautiful and renewable The planet is in a climate crisis, so reducing the environmental impact of our products is crucial. Bamboo products are a more sustainable choice than metal models because they have a smaller carbon footprint. Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows quickly and sequesters carbon, unlike metal which produces carbon. What does ‘sequesters carbon’ mean? Carbon sequestration is the capturing, removal and storage of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the earth’s atmosphere. It’s recognized as a key method for removing carbon from the earth’s atmosphere.

Our finish is a nitrocellulose lacquer. Lacquers are a popular finish type for furniture, and the preferred choice of professional furniture makers.
Unlike trees which take years to grow, bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource. This year, we’re also ensuring that any new bamboo we source is from only FSC certified suppliers.

This shelf is both a storage and activity center. The top shelf is at a height that is easily accessible to early childhood students to play, and the two internal shelves offer storage for other classroom supplies and toys. The sliding magnetic whiteboard panel is not only a place for creative play, but it functions as a cover to allow educators to display certain toys and supplies and hide when needed.
