THINGS TO KNOW

y Early registration pricing for Arts & History camps begins February 10 and continues to eight days prior to the first day of camp. Regular registration begins seven days prior to first day of camp. y Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. y If camp does not meet minimum registrations, coordinator will cancel before the camp meets. y If a camp is full, it may be possible to be added to a waitlist. You will be contacted only if a space becomes available. Please note that not all camps accept waitlists. y Credit/refund requests must be made at least seven days prior to the start of camp. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 50% processing fee. Refunds can be added to your household account or issued via check or credit card; no cash refunds. Please allow three weeks to receive a refund. y We reserve the right to cancel or combine camps. A full refund will be issued if we cancel. Payment will be credited to your household account, and you will be notified to discuss options.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The health, safety and enjoyment of our campers is our top priority. Please be aware that we will be following all public health mandates in place at the time of our camps and may have additional safety rules in place, such as a mask requirement. All campers and instructors will be required to follow these health mandates and safety rules. Our camp staff will be completing rigorous cleaning and disinfecting of all indoor areas, all supplies and equipment, as well as high-touch surfaces to ensure your child is in a clean and healthy environment. Health screenings and quarantine protocols will also be in place in accordance with Jefferson County Public Health. Enjoy some variety! These camps offer two different activities in one great camp! Play longer! These camps are six hours or longer. Planning to play all day? Be sure to bring: water, snacks/lunch and sunblock.
