Using exercise bikes, cycle classes offer a non-impact cardio workout. Participants pedal their bikes along with the suggestions and cues of the instructor. Classes start with a warm-up and move on to cardio training by either increasing cadence or adding resistance. Class ends with a stretch!

LaBLAST Challenge Level 3-5 LaBlast is a dance fitness program based on ballroom dances you see on "Dancing with the Stars." It is partner-free, includes all components of fitness, and uses music from every era and genre. You choose your own intensity by adding optional plyometric movements, light weights, heavy weights, or simply keeping your workout low impact. LES MILLS CORE™ Challenge Level 3-5

This pre-choreographed class, challenges your core. You will work the powerhouse muscles of your body, to enhance your posture, balance and overall strength. You may use weights, band, but mostly body weight.

STRETCH Challenge Level 1 This class is an hour of stretching. This allows participants to do a variety of stretches for different muscle groups, using the extra time to hold the stretches longer for more benefit. ZUMBA® Challenge Level 3-5

Zumba classes are taught by Zumba certified instructors. They have fast moving choreography that is fun, quick moving and challenging. Different instructors may teach with higher or lower impact and change music to appeal to their class participants.
