BOOT CAMP

Friday

This class is a 60-minute higher intensity workout that will focus on agility, full body strength and cardio.

ESSENTRICS

Essentrics is based on eccentric strengthening which stretches the muscles then strengthens them in the elongated position creating a lean toned body. This class helps to increase muscle strength, and flexibility. Posture and form are emphasized. Class may be taken in bare feet.

FIT INTENSITY This 45-minute interval class is designed to offer cardio endurance, along with strength training to give participant a challenging but fun workout. Class will include abdominal work and stretching. INDOOR CYCLING

Using exercise bikes, cycle classes offer a non-impact cardio workout. Participants pedal their bikes along with the suggestions and cues of the instructor. Classes start with a warm-up and move on to cardio training by either increasing cadence or adding resistance. Class ends with a stretch!

LaBLAST LaBlast is a dance fitness program based on ballroom dances you see on "Dancing with the Stars." It is partner-free, includes all components of fitness, and uses music from every era and genre. You choose your own intensity by adding optional plyometric movements, light weights, heavy weights, or simply keeping your workout low impact. LES MILLS CORE™ This choreographed class challenges your core and is great for building abs. You will work the powerhouse muscles of your body, to enhance your posture, balance and overall strength. You may use weights and bands, but will mostly use body weight exercises. STRETCH

This class is an hour of stretching. This allows participants to do a variety of stretches for different muscle groups, using the extra time to hold the stretches longer for more benefit.

ZUMBA®

Zumba classes are taught by Zumba certified instructors. They have fast moving choreography that is fun, quick moving and challenging. Different instructors may teach with higher or lower impact and change music to appeal to their class participants.
