AnmerConstructionwereabletoofferafull turnkeysolutionfromdesignandplanning toallenablingworksincludingfoundations, mainspower,mainswater,fouldrainageand buildinginstallation.Thiswascompleted whilsttheexisitngfarmoperationswere maintained,allowingthefarmmanagersto concentrateonfarmingandnotproject managing.

Anmerdesignedafacilitytoencompass theneedsoftheparishcommunity roomswhilstmaintainingthepreschoolnursery.Followingsuccessful planning,Anmerremovedtheexisting facility,completedgroundworksand installedabrandnewbuilding.
Thiswascompletedwithinthebudget establishedbytheParishCounciland withintimescalesgovernedbythe schoolwhosegroundsthebuildingwas sited.

AnmerConstructionwasinvolvedin designing,manufacturing,andinstalling thebespokemodularbuildingfortheNHS hydrotherapyunit.Builtwithpatientneeds inmind,thebuildingfeaturesa temperature-controlledpool,specialist equipment,hoist,extensivestorage, changingrooms,andanadministrative station.

Thebudgetcamefromgrantsandloanswhichmeanthe clienthadtobemindfulofeverypennyspent.However, theystillrequiredqualityfinishesandultimate functionalityinabuildingthatwouldbecometheheart ofthecharity.
