Returns Products that were damaged upon delivery must be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS. It is important to VERIFY the order immediately upon receipt. Damaged returns will not be credited after 30 days and prior permission is required for all returns. Certain products may not be returned: All dated annual products, opened videos, CDs and DVDs. All credits will take up to 30 days to be applied to the account and refunds may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
