ARCHAEOLOGICAL FINDINGS HISTORICALLY ROOTED HOSPITALITY BY LAKE BURGSEE Visitors can already experience a historical uniqueness when entering the complex, in the lobby. Findings from the Bronze and Iron Ages were uncovered during excavations within the scope of the construction project and are displayed in the foyer area. It has been proven that the Alpin Chalet am Burgsee lies on historic ground. Even as early as Roman times, the village of Ladis was a rest stop on the famous „Via Claudia Augusta“ trans-alpine route. Laudegg Castle was the seat of the local high court for more than 400 years. The hosts would be happy to tell you more about this and the Bronze Age cult site that once stood on the grounds.

We have received numerous awards for our unique skiing & family holidays throughout the year. 6 newly renovated apartments for 2-6 persons are the perfect starting point and retreat for active mountain lovers seeking tranquillity and relaxation, who enjoy pure nature and magnificent panoramic views in the garden and from all balconies and terraces. We also have a small wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin for the icing on the cake when it comes to relaxation.
