Looking back on the past year, I am thrilled to share the remarkable journey that Tradebank has embarked upon. While we recently celebrated our 35th anniversary, our roots extend even further into the late '70s when our former CEO, John Davis, pioneered a barter exchange. This venture underwent a transformative rebranding, officially becoming Tradebank in 1987. I express genuine appreciation for the longevity we have achieved, spanning over 45 years in business—a testament to the exceptional support from our valued client base. Building an organization thrives through a unified team effort, whether it involves answering phones, brokering deals, or managing a franchise office. Our success is intricately woven with our team's dedication and hard work, complemented by the steadfast support we receive from clients like you. In the past year, we proudly expanded our reach by launching two new franchises in Greenville, SC, and Atlanta-South, GA. Additionally, the launch of Tradebank Canada in May was a cause for elation, marking a significant milestone achieved in collaboration with Ian Charnock and Richard Reist. This expansion directly reflects our commitment to offering more purchasing options for our clients. Innovation has been at the core of our strategy, and we've made substantial investments in technology to enhance your experience. TRADEBANK EXPANDS INTO CANADA On May 8th, 2023, Tradebank officially expanded in Canada. This meant granting a new Master Franchise License, which marked a memorable step in Tradebank’s International efforts. Led by Ian Charnock (Trade Director) and Richard Reist (Marketing Director), Tradebank now offers client and franchising opportunities across the vast Canada region. Ian and Richard have a wealth of experience in franchising and operating a trade exchange, and are committed to delivering the same high-quality services that Tradebank clients have come to expect. Our Canada clients will benefit greatly from this agreement, as they will now have access to a broader range of trading

partners and opportunities. Neatly headquartered in the greater Niagara area, the Tradebank Canada team has big plans for the exchange initially focused on building a close-knit, reputable group of business owners to grow and trade together. Transforming Dreams Into Reality

A success story of Tradebank Member Our World School in Henry County, GA Linda and David Clark’s journey began with a passion for the special needs community. They found a supportive community in neighbouring Henry County, and their focus shifted to a pressing need: establishing a special needs school in McDonough, GA. Despite their dedication, the Clarks faced substantial challenges. Running on a shoestring budget, they struggled to fund the school and provide affordable education to special needs students whose families often faced additional financial burdens. After operating in temporary church spaces, the school found a permanent home in a repurposed HVAC fabrication facility in 2018. This transition required significant renovations – a daunting task for a nonprofit with limited funds. The school’s director, overseeing everything from repairs to financial management and event planning, was stretched thin, juggling numerous responsibilities to ensure the school’s success. The non-profit’s eventual partnership with Tradebank became a true game-changer. With limited cash resources,
