Tradebank is a network where thousands of businesses come together to trade what they have for what they need. Let’s get you ready to start optimizing your opportunities.
Merchant Number
This *seven-digit number is your account number, used to identify your company and to process sales. The merchant number cannot be used to make purchases on your account, so it is safe to give to your employees who may process sales.
Card Number
This 16-digit number appears on your Tradebank card and is required for all purchases. Each cardholder receives a unique number, which allows the owner of the account to track purchases by cardholders.

Your Tradebank Broker
As a Tradebank client, you’ll be assigned a Trade Broker — a professional who is highly knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of trade, including products and services available on the Tradebank network. As the core resource in Tradebank, your broker will faciliate your success by:
• Showing you how to trade effectively each and every day.
• Serving as an additional sales person for your company, promoting your business through the Tradebank network.
• Assist you in utilizing Tradebank for all of your purchasing needs.
• Keep you informed about the most current trading opportunities.
• Introduce you to other business owners locally and throughout the Tradebank network.
• Partner with you and make and save you money.
Working With Your Broker
Tradebank partners with our clients to facilitate and foster each other’s success. As a client, we ask that you work with your broker to reap the maximum benefits from your association with Tradebank. To assist your broker, you as a client can:
• Be responsive to your Tradebank broker’s calls, emails, and other communications.
• Communicate with your broker regarding your trading experiences.
• Download the Tradebank Mobile App or go to myTradebank.com to stay connected.
• Inform your Tradebank Broker of your business and personal needs, so you’ll keep informed of trading opportunities.
• Educate your broker as to the products and services you provide.
• Inform your staff not to spend cash before checking with your broker.
Selling with Tradebank
• Goods and services are to be sold at prevailing retail prices.
• Seller should prepare an invoice for the buyer.
• Seller is responsible to collect sales tax in trade.
• Seller is responsible to remit taxes to the appropriate government agency.
• Authorization from Tradebank should be obtained at point of sale.
• Obtain pre-approval or have funds set aside in escrow for larger transactions.
• Should the buyer dispute the charge, the seller is responsible to product their copy of the signed transaction slip. In the case of telephone orders, the buyer’s acceptance of the product is considered to be their signature.
• Help keep the Tradebank system fair and equitable. Alert the Tradebank staff to any unfair trading practices.
• All goods and services priced under T$10,000 must be offered full trade. The amount over T$10,000 cash for a single transaction may include a cash component negotiated between the buyer and seller.
Processing Transactions
How to process a sale:
The seller is responsible for obtaining authorization for a Tradebank transaction. The authorization number verifies the funds have been transferred from the buyer’s account to the seller’s account.
For your convinience, we provide several option when processing a sale. These options can be found:
• Via the Tradebank Mobile App and the Tradebank mobilePAY App.
• Online at myTradebank.com under Post a Transaction.
• Elect to receive PushPay from the buyer. Simply scan your QR code for the buyer to scan.
Seller’s Merchant Number:
Used to identify your company through a 7-digit number provided to you at orientation and on your statement.
Buyer’s Account No/ Expiration Date:
The buyer’s 16 digit Tradebank card number is obtained by the seller at the time of purchase.
Description:
Authorization Number:
The description will show on both the buyer’s and seller’s monthly Tradebank statement
The Authorization Number signifies that the funds have been transferred from the buyer to the seller.
Post A Transaction
You can easily post a transaction from any page at myTradebank.com This allows ease of access for quick transaction posting.

Buying with Tradebank
• Ensure that you have the Tradebank mobile app and your digital card ready prior to buying.
• Before you make your next cash purchase, call your Tradebank Broker to see if what you are looking for is available on trade.
• Know the difference between the calling statuses of “Broker Only” and “Client Call Direct” and follow these calling guidelines.
• Buyer should identify himself/herself as a Tradebank client and follow trading instructions when contacting another Tradebank member.
• Gratuities are always payable in cash (20% minimum for service industries).
• Brokerage fees for trade purchases and the monthly accounting fee will automatically appear on your monthly statement.
• Overdue accounts will not be authorized for further purchases until the past due cash fees are received. Late fees will apply.
• Be aware that it is your responsibility to review the pricing and quality of goods and services before you make a purchase. Tradebank does not guarantee any product or service provided by our clients. Should there be a problem with a product or service, please address it with the seller.
• Any issues with policies being broken by other clients should be brought to the attention of your broker.
