I write poetry, prose, lyrics, PSAs, advertising, editorials, human interest stories, essays and stream-of-consciousness. I write because I must, it's like breathing or drinking water, a necessity. I am a follower of the Way of the Christ working within the framework of United Methodism. I am working on my Masters in Divinity with Claremont School of Theology.I want to know that Truth which is in the heart of all intimately, and to share that intimacy with others. The one Commandment that Jesus taught as being all important was to "love the Lord thy God with all your heart, with all thy soul and with all thy might; and love thy neighbor as thyself." This direction has been given to practitioners of many of the world's religions. To follow that commandment will cause all other commandments to be followed without much effort. Of course, following that one well takes a lifetime.
