Rhyl TIC

Part of the All-Wales network of Tourist Information Centres, we are funded by Denbighshire County Council and managed by North Wales Tourism. We are proud to have been recognised for our "Warm Welsh Welcome" - with all staff having completed the "Croeso Cynnes" Training, and one having completed the "Developing Your Team" module. Two of our staff have successfully achieved Visit Wales' Advanced diploma - with one Distinction and one Merit! We are also trained by Visit Wales in other areas which may assist you whilst you are here: Map Reading & Itinerary Planning, Advanced Customer Service, Countryside Access and Deaf Awareness, etc. Training from other sources includes: First Aid, Disability Awareness, and we have a Service Excellence Award from National Express. Add to that training a wealth of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality sectors, and we're sure we can offer you the best possible assistance with your visit.
