ANIMATION ART ONLINE COLLECTION A special online-only auction featuring animation art from a single-owner collection. This noteworthy collection features animations cels from Walt Disney Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, and Hanna-Barbera and includes a wide variety of American animation classic characters such as Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, and many others. Prior to the digital age, hand-painted celluloid, known as “cels, were used to create classic cartoons and animated features. As the cartoons of Walt Disney and Warner Brothers swiftly became fixtures of American entertainment and popular culture, animation cels also became prized collectibles among cartoon fans. This special online-only timed auction will feature 104 lots of animation cels and other animation memorabilia and will be available exclusively on Liveauctioneers.com through March 14, 2019. All lots will be available for preview in our gallery at 4038 Magazine Street from March 11-13, 2019. For more information, please call 504-899-5329 or email clientservices@nealauction.com
