Biological manufactured enzymes as catalase are of great interest within the industry. There are some production systems and stabilization measures. Despite this, liquid catalase from biological origin should be transported within freeze conditions with considerable impact in costs. Catalase activity is highly compromised when this raw material is transported at room temperature, in special when cold chain is breached and if outdoors temperature is high than 20ºC. Now, an all-natural system of Catalase stabilization is on the market. ISOCATALTM is a natural extraction compound made from dried salts original from parts of the earth surface that became dry alongside thousands of years. With as low as 0,5g/L of ISOCATALTM after ultrafiltration and stabilization, you´ll find quite rewarding as your Catalase can be transported at room temperature resisting up to 40ºC during +30 days with a top high enzyme activity retention from 90% up to 94.6%.
Better stabilization and temperature resistant catalase is crucial to savings and better service, especially those deriving from freeze transportation. ISOCATALTM has been tested in adverse conditions of up to 40ºC during periods of time from 30-60 days, acting so deep and giving protection to catalase from the lowest dose of 25mmol/L (620mg) up to 0,9g/L, reaching enzyme activity retention of up to 94.6%* (on Catalase from 2000U/mL /20000U/mL). Adding ISOCATALTM to the catalase enzyme solution after ultrafiltration @ selected dosage will improve your product, save transportation costs since you can carry on at room temperature with a number of other advantages both industrial, commercial and environmental.
