The State Beach Resort & Spa with its luxurious guest rooms are perched amid the sea overseeing a spectacular view of the Arabian sea. The Decor for every suite, deluxe and premium rooms are totally different on its furniture, interior wall accents and ceiling trims. Colour theme of each room is spot lit on its furniture and even its accents, fabrics and upholstery. The Rooms are nicknamed after the country’s design it epitomize.

This reception cum lobby area gives the notion of a hut in the ocean. The highlight of the Ocean Hut reception is that the driftwood collected from the ocean and beach has been finely crafted into lobby launchers and sofas. We proudly say that we thus did our bit in cleaning the beach. Thus being twice environmental friendly.

Harbour Restaurant is a delight to your eyes with magnificent view of the ocean and large garden lawn dining arranged at sea side. The furnishing of the restaurant is completed by old wood collected from typical fisherman boats and thereby promoting the recycling of this boat house. Experience the exotic Indian, Chinese, Arabic and Continental cuisines from our expert chefs served with warmest hospitality. Live cooking in the front of Arabian ocean with a wide ranges of live grills is one of the speciality in Harbour Restaurant.

Mermaid Spa

Mermaid Spa is a setting to revitalize your exuberance with all kinds of Ayurvedic & modern western wellness. The facilities available at our Spa are Rejuvenation therapy, Cosmetic table, Oil massage, Hair & Nail and Steam bath. The property is founded & owned and managed by Mr. Mohammed Haneef and Dr. Zeena Haneef an NRI Keralites who are specialized in international trading in agricultural commodities since two decades in the Middle East,

USA and Europe with their group of companies namely Nutriplus Commodities FZCO and Emirates Gourmet General Trading LLC.

State Beach Resort & Spa is under the preparation for expansion in hospitality industry and plans to open new Boutique type Resorts in South India.
