Live client brief to create an a5 flyer that would promote and bring awareness to the CORE X Fitness brand. My idea was that flyers are discarded rather quickly so I wanted to give the consumer a reason to hold onto the flyer and use it for money off within the store.

As the dissertation topic was based heavily around the new technology I thought it was appropriate to keep the design clean, crisp and simple while maxamising the use of white space.

YCN OASIS COPYWRITING BRIEF
My response to the YCN Oasis Copywriting brief. I wanted to work with a mainly typographical approach and use patterns that had a similar feel to the patterns that Oasis use on clothing. The brief stated that my copywriting had to sound like the viewer was talking to a friend. I responded with a design that was fun, friendly and would look good in the Oasis flagship stores.

My response to a very vauge brief given to me by the client Sale Pepe. I was tasked to create a website using the imagery and logo provided with information sourced from Facebook. I chose to create a design with a simple and rustic theme fitting in with the companies description that was easy to navigate and featured the clients Trip Advisor reviews.

Paul asked us to provide a new branding for his company that would appeal to younger audiences but not alienate his current clientelle. My response to “Everything About One Thing” ISTD 2014 brief. I chose my subject Blood Diamonds as the subject was broad and interesting. I chose to present my final piece as a A5 drop out in a fashion magazine that educated the public about blood diamonds and how to find ethically sourced diamonds

The brief was to redesign Purdey’s Rejuvenating bottle to create and design a new Natural Energy bottle. I wanted my packaging to have a organic and sustainable feel, very natural so I chose tetrakpak which can be drunk on the go and easily recycled. Although this choice isn’t the most sleek or fashionable I chose a very contemporary feel to my design to show that tetrapaks can be attractive. I chose the fruit for it’s texture and natural state which is key emphasis in the Purdey’s branda rejuvenating, natural lift.
