JACOB’S HARVEST

For the farm’s inaugural season, we created a new line of pickled produce – called Jacob’s Harvest – to raise awareness about our new roof-to-table culinary program! The bottled produce is harvested directly from the rooftop farm – which was completed in 2021 as part of the recent expansion – and has been distributed to customers and visitors throughout the year Thanks to Brooklyn Grange and their farmers, the rooftop farm is expected to generate up to 40,000 pounds of annual produce From arugula to zucchini, the various crops being grown are incorporated into the customized meals served during events on site The first batches of Jacob’s Harvest are pickled radishes, cucumbers, banana peppers and red cabbage – a small taste of what our guests experience
