Dr. Holliday showed his appreciation to our staff by putting together a night filled with carnival games, delicious food, and great memories at the Prince Waikiki Hotel. Thank you, Dr. Holliday, we had a fantastic time!
This family owned business in Waimanalo specializes in plants from desert and arid conditions: succulents, cactus, and air plants. They not only sell these beautiful plants, but also offer a number of services such as plant foster care, DIY project assistance, workshops, etc.
This month marks the one year anniversary of our fourth and newest location outside the Kahala mall across from Longs Drugs. If you haven’t seen it yet, what are you waiting for? Don’t worry, our lovely staff travels so you will see familiar faces.

ANNUAL MAKE A CHILD SMILE CAMPAIGN
T
his annual campaign is by far our favorite! This past holiday season, our generous patients donated tons of presents for the children at Kapiolani Medical Center who are unable to go home for the holidays. The children compiled a list of what they hoped to get and our magical staff worked hard to get the word out to the community. We took the wish list and turned them into ornaments
on our giving trees. Then, our wonderful patients chose from the tree to make their wishes come true. We are pleasantly surprised to see how dedicated our patients are to giving, some brought as many as four to five presents each. We are blessed and honored to partner with Child Life Services at Kapiolani Medical Center and our hope is to continue this tradition every year!

(plus it’s my favorite food hehe) What is your spirit animal? My favorite animal is a sea otter but my spirit animal probably will be a red panda. I get startled easily but look cute while doing it! RACE FOR THE CURE This past October, Dr. Chong and some of the smile team participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. It is the world’s largest and most successful education and fundraising event for breast cancer ever created. The series of 5K runs and fitness walks raises significant funds and awareness for the breast cancer movement, which celebrates breast cancer survivorship and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease. Our staff was happy and humbled to participate in such a worthy cause.
