100,000 Printed Annually! How do people receive our guides? 33% distributed within the region. Displayed at local airports, hotels, visitor centers, and partner businesses. 67% distributed out of the region within an 8-hour driving range, extending from Maryland to Massachusetts, including major cities such as Baltimore, Boston, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia. We mail out over 15,000 individual guides a year to people who want to visit the Finger Lakes. Of those who request guides, 70% come to the region within one year.

AAA/CAA Partner Information Program Reach industry leading travel planners through investment in our training and materials distribution program. Finger Lakes Regional Travel Guide Distribution Hundreds of AAA/CAA offices west of the Mississippi are some of the largest distributors of the Finger Lakes Regional Travel Guide.

Finger Lakes Training Curriculum Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance provides AAA and CAA offices with training materials annually to inform agents of attractions, restaurants, retail, outdoor adventure, historic, natural and cultural landmark opportunities for visitors. Program partners may offer notable updates from their business to be included in presentations.

The AAA/CAA program connects your organization to travel hubs in New England, Ohio, the Mid-Atlantic, extending across the United States and reaching into Canada.

Partner Materials Distribution Program partner brochures will be directly mailed to each participating AAA/CAA club office. Reorder forms will be included in packaging so club offices can take advantage of restocking throughout the year.

Quarterly Email Updates to AAA Offices FLTA sends quarterly newsletters to over 900 AAA/CAA contacts, updating agents on seasonal events and new developments, and reminding them to reorder partner materials.

Additional Benefits Business listing and 150-word description on FingerLakes.org AAA Partner Program Page. Opportunity to participate in additional training calls and webinars as requested by AAA/CAA offices.

As AAA/CAA agents create Finger Lakes itineraries for clients, your business will be front-of-mind.

Group Travel Planner 7,500 highly targeted reads last year! Put your information in the hands of industry decisionmakers with the Finger Lakes Group Travel Planner. This publication, with a long shelf life, is distributed to the top group tour operators and travel planners. It is designed to raise awareness of FLTA and our valuable groupfriendly partner businesses. The Group Travel Planner is a 2-year publication, the next time it will be produced will be for 2024-2025. FLTA produces and distributes the Group Travel Planner which is sent to key decision-makers nationwide.

A digital flipbook version of the full printed Group Travel Planner is included on the groups page of FingerLakes.org to maximize exposure in the group travel market and increase the potential for your business to be included in itineraries. The digital edition of the previous Group Travel Planner saw 6,000 online-only readers. Display ads will be available in a third block column on the right-hand side of every page. Ad sizes are all 2” wide by 10” tall for $500. Full-page ad placements are available to highlight all the group capabilities and offerings at your business for $2,500. If your organization offers multiple services for groups, you can add additional listings for $100 each. Additional full page ads are available on the back cover for $3,000; Inside, front cover for $2,800; and Inside, back cover for $2,750.

There is no charge for your business's first listing in this guide. To be included your business must: Have parking and accessibility for at least a 20-person passenger bus. Be able to accommodate groups of ≥20 people.

Sustainable Tourism Trail Guide The Finger Lakes have been around for thousands of years, and we hope that they will be for thousands of years more! This guide will assist our sustainably-minded tourists visiting the region in finding resources and businesses that align with their values.

Leading Growth

Cindy is a leadership alum of the the Schuyler County and Canandaigua Area Chambers of Commerce, and has held many private executive leadership roles. She was selected as FLTA President in 2007. Cindy brings experience in marketing and financial management to the organization. She is a lifelong resident of the Finger Lakes region. Cindy holds a B.S. in Business Management from St. John Fisher College.
