What is an Innovation Voucher? The innovation voucher is a new funding scheme tested by the public innovation agencies OSEO (France), TEKES (Finland), and LEV (Styria in Austria). It comes as a credit note that entitles SMEs to ‘buy’ the business expertise needed to validate a new service concept with the help of external innovation experts.
