Every day someone in Gloucestershire learns that they or a loved one have a life-limiting conditions. It is a traumatic experience for everyone involved and Cotswold Care Hospice is there to help from the moment of diagnosis onwards. Hospices are often thought of as places to die or only for people with cancer and yet neither description is true. Our specialist Hospice at Home nurses provide care at end of life in people’s own homes, but the organisation also support’s people who go on to lead fulfilling lives. We are one of only 3 hospices in Gloucestershire. Cotswold Care Hospice at Home nurses work with people at home supporting families who are trying to fulfil their loved one’s last wish to spend their final days at home. This year alone they will provide more than 15,000 hours of care. At our purpose-built centre in Minchinhampton, we provide day hospice facilities where people spend a day a week at our centre, utilising the services they need, enjoying nutritious meals and soc
