CinemaTech, Suite A-124 CinemaTech’s Luxury Home Theater Design Services The excitement is growing as we approach the Grand Opening of CinemaTech’s custom home theater showroom. Something special is coming to DCOTA! In our first two decades of operation, CinemaTech has installed custom-designed theaters within more than 2000 exclusive homes around the globe. And yet, each CinemaTech theater is unique and reflects the personal preferences of our clients. An exceptional private home theater represents a significant investment. CinemaTech’s extensive design experience ensures every theater’s interior design, acoustical wall treatments, and custom seating will reflect prestige, exclusivity, and luxury. CinemaTech’s Design Program ensures our clients’ ideas and desires are placed first.

Westminster Teak, Suite A-124 ODYSSEY A contemporary reinterpretation of the classic director chair with a bold nautical lean, the Odyssey Folding Chair is deceptively light at a mere 18 lbs while it is more than sturdy to endure the test of time and the outdoors. The seat and backrest are made with high performance Sunbrella Natte fabric, cradling the body for lasting comfort. With its sleek, slender lines, the Odyssey Folding Chair will fit seamlessly on the deck of a yacht, the balcony of a high-rise, or the poolside of a home. Collection includes a folding table and Ottoman with removable tray that serves as a side table.

Pierre Frey, Suite B-101 MAOMING At Pierre Frey, the inspiration for a collection often originates from an encounter through travel. Such is the case with the MAOMING collection. In the Guizhou province of China, shielded by the moon mountains, lives a small group of people known as the Miao. The MAOMING collection is an invitation to discover the mysterious art of their textiles, characterized by the use of indigo and polychromatic embroideries, ikats, batiks, pleats and geometric embroideries in a vivid range of colors. This collection of textiles coordinates with the GUIZHOU wallcoverings collection.

Innovations, Suite C-350 Innovations’ draperies and sheers complete the room. The collection of 16 patterns, including four new summer introductions, address the wide range of design needs: sheers, textures, large-scale patterns, dimout and double-width options, all woven with fire-retardant fibers. “Windows are an extension of the wall,” says VP of Sales Michael Freedman. “Our draperies and sheers are the perfect complement to our wallcovering; with both, Innovations offers solutions for the complete vertical plane.”

JANUS et Cie, Suite A-123 CLEAR INTENTIONS: The Cortino collection by JANUS et Cie Introducing Cortino, a handsome, finely crafted collection both distinctive and durable. Cortino is masterfully constructed with a powder-coated aluminum frame and JANUSfiber seat and back, which both softens the design’s angular lines and provides excellent performance advantages including an exceptionally long life cycle. At home in any setting, Cortino’s geometric form complements contemporary and classic environments alike.

Product News John Rosselli & Associates, Suite A-128 Introducing beautiful outdoor textile offerings to add a splash of color to your Summer! The Peter Dunham Textiles collection of outdoor prints is inspired by vintage textiles Peter has collected on his travels through India and the Mediterranean. They add depth and interest to a layered exterior, or they can be used to add color in a more minimal setting. While steeped in tradition, these prints have been reinvented to inject a casual, traveled look to any space. Similar patterns & colors in linen also available as interior options as well. Stop by the showroom to see the entire collection and pick-up a few memo samples.

Westminster Teak, Suite A-124 MAYA The Maya Collection is a modular seating system comprising a number of pieces that can be configured in multiple variations, allowing for endless possibilities of composition and dimension.Highly versatile and scalable, it is ideal for large public spaces such as the open areas by the poolside, courtyards, loggia, or smaller configurations to fit a terrace or veranda. The pieces can be easily and quickly be rearranged to fit the space, function or event, making it as intimate or as large scaled as necessary. The low profile of its modular design with wide (6”) wrap around armrest provides functionality with ample space for drinks yet sturdy enough to be sat or leaned on, a feature that many will find readily appealing for casual parties and events.

Pierre Frey, Suite B-101 NATECRU In 1980, Patrick Frey formed the concept of NATECRU, a term combining the words “naturel” and “ecru”. The idea was to create a timeless collection of textures using only natural fibers in a small palette of neutral colorways. NATECRU is an exercise in exquisite weaving of quality fibers such as hemp, linen, wool, cotton, silk and cashmere. The result is a comtemporary collection, at once minimalist, raw, comfortable and refined.

CinemaTech, Suite A-124 World-renown Home Theater Seating CinemaTech’s home theater seating is considered among the finest in the world. Custom-designed with Germanengineered precision, CinemaTech’s theater seating features our exclusive collection of fine European top-hide semi and full-aniline leathers (as well as COM/ COL). Our custom-curated alternative coverings include the luxurious offerings of Elmo leathers, Alcantara fabrics, Ralph Lauren fabrics, and Loro Piana wools/ cashmere. Our showroom will provide a complete presentation of fabric choices and samples. We encourage everyone to visit and try a “test seating”.

Edelman Leather, Suite C-272 From the grassy hillsides in Western Europe, an idyllic life lived. Ranger reminds us of when we first fell for leather. A material that is both rugged and refined; one that not only stands the test of time but responds to it. With Ranger, life becomes art. It is a full grain leather finished with only aniline dyes and wax. Tumbling the hides burnishes the natural grain structure, which provides great depth to the thirteen standard colors, highlighting the true nature of the leather.

Terrazzo and Surfaces, Suite A-124 Best materials for outdoor furniture When it comes to material, a good balance between comfort and durability is key. Pick outdoor furniture that won’t cost you hours of maintenance and will serve you for years to come. Some interesting and surprising color combinations include deep blues or turquoise for your yellow sandstone patio, bright greens and orange colors.

J.D. Staron, Suite C-370 SKYE COLLECTION Nepal skies are seen through the eyes of Jakub Staron. His fascination with Tibetan patterns and cultural influences inspired him to create the bamboo silk rugs shown here. Each is a masterpiece of weaving using 40-50 shades of color to create striking designs with dramatic depth and luxurious ombre effects.
