Once you create your profile and confirm your residency, you’ll be ready to register for the 2024 Summer Camp when the registration period opens.

1. Go to register.miamibeachparks.com to create a profile and click on “Create an account.”

2. Fill out all requested information.

3. Complete your registration process by emailing your proof of residency to recreation@miamibeachfl.gov in order to be fully registered.

4. Once residency is verified you may register for camp.

THINGS TO KNOW

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Children who live in Miami Beach are eligible for resident rates. You must submit participant’s birth certificate or most current report card and two of the following: current lease or property tax statement showing your homestead exemption or approved exemption application, Florida ID/driver’s license, utility bill or voter’s registration card. We may require additional documentation. Los niños que viven en Miami Beach pueden beneficiarse de las tarifas para residentes. REFUND POLICY

For summer camps, specialty camps, classes and programs

Due to the seasonal nature of our camps, classes and programs as well as their popularity and limited space, we are precluded from issuing any refunds or credits within two weeks of the program start date for any cause. Refund requests must be received by email at recreation@miamibeachfl.gov two weeks prior to the program start date to receive a 50% refund or a full credit to be applied to a sibling or another program within the same fiscal year. PROGRAM CANCELLATION

In the event of program cancellations due to, but not limited to, lack of enrollment, force majeure, etc., a credit will automatically be applied to your RecTrac account to use for future programming. If you would like to request a refund by check, please send a completed refund request form to recreation@miamibeachfl.gov. Visit miamibeachparks.com to download any required forms. Summer Camp financial assistance is available for qualified Miami Beach residents. To be considered for financial aid, you must submit a completed registration and scholarship packet.
