Project REACH Student Staff Intern: Ginalucia Triana Strautmanis, Junior, Communications Lucia loves creating the REACH Work shops and attending the Cultural Events that are offered. She has used the Study Center, tutoring and advising to date. Ultimately, she is interested in pursuing a job that include advocacy and communication.

Caz Cares “Fresh Foods” Day Valentine’s Day * February 2017 CazCares (which serves the local low income families in Madison County) hosts a food bank program called “Fresh Foods.” This is a rescue program from the local grocery stores. REACH volunteers unloaded the food truck, unpacked the items, assisted families with their choices and carried food boxes to their vehicles. Our day of service was on Valentine’s Day, sharing our love with the local community!

Project REACH Snowshoeing at Lorenzo State Park L.L. Bean introduced a group of REACH students to snowshoeing at the Lorenzo State Park on a recent Saturday morning! Sunny skies, snow and hot chocolate were enjoyed by all.
