Junior Promotion Board - The next Junior Promotion Board will be held in April/May pending CSM Santana availability. However, the deadline to submit your packet is 04 MAR 2011. Incomplete packets will be rejected. Pick-up or request a packet composition from Ms. Marte. This board will be held prior to the new promotion board system. On 01 June 2011, the promotion points system will change. For more information on these changes and how these may affect you, contact Ms. Marte.

On Saturday, the first formation is at 0730. The uniform will be ACU’s w/ Beret, Bring your full PT uniform for end of day physical fitness training. On Sunday the first formation will be at 0730. ACU’s w/ Beret. We will be conducting WTT, mandatory admin tasks, and NCO/ODP. Sections will conduct physical fitness in the afternoon. Refer to training schedule for details. Battle Assembly (BA) Attendance: It is up to the Commander, and only the Commander, whether you will be allowed to make up that missed Battle Assembly. You should know before the Battle Assembly if you are not going to be able to attend. If you accumulate 9 or more U’s you could be reduced IAW AR 6008-19, Chapter 10, Section VII, Paragraph 10-17

BEST WARRIOR COMPETITION The US Army Reserve Command (USARC) will conduct the Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition (BWC) 19-24 June 2011 to reinforce the warrior spirit as embodied in the NCO and Soldier’s Creeds. Selected competitors from across the US Army Reserve will travel to the USARC BWC and vie for top honors on behalf of their respective commands. All enlisted Soldiers assigned to the 377th TSC and its subordinate commands are eligible to compete. Competitions will be held at the battalion level, and the winners of both the Soldier and NCO categories will compete at the MSC-level competitions. Prior to competing at the 377th TSC BWC, all competitors will have competed in a minimum of two separate competitions.
MSCs will provide dates, times, locations, and BWC POCs for their competition to the 377th TSC G-3 SGM by a suspense date to be published later by FRAGO or VOCO. Soldiers will be assessed on their breadth and depth of knowledge in the following written, oral, and hands-on areas: 1.
NCO/Soldier Board Appearance 2. Written Exam 3. Written Essay 4. APFT 5. Land Nav (Day/Night) 6. Mystery Tasks 7. M4 Qual (Day & Night) 8. Foot March Competition 9. Warrior Tasks and Drills 10. Combatives
