Elections to the Board Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 4 September 2019 in the Savoy Hotel, Ayr. In due course, you will receive a formal agenda and a review of our activities and performance in the last year. In the community category this year there are two vacancies. If you are interested in joining the Board, please complete and return the form on the back page by Friday 2 August. If there are more applications than vacancies, a postal ballot will be organised with the result being announced at the Annual General Meeting. Please provide a short statement of no more than 100 words in support of your application. You can find full details of what's involved at ayrshirehousing.org.uk.

Opening of Peebles Court We have completed 39 flats in Peebles Street, Ayr to add to our portfolio of over 1,500 houses. Kenny George (Vice-Chair) welcomed Sharon Bell and her daughter Myrren (pictured lower right) to their new flat. Kenny said, ‘it’s great to see all the tenants enjoying their well-appointed flats. Built by CCG, the development cost £5 million. Ayrshire Housing is planning four more developments in Ayr and Troon and we hope that work will start on these over the next 12 months’. Peebles Court consists of 16 two bedroom and 23 one bedroom flats.
