KAYLA NATIVIDAD Architectural Technical Services Engineer / Pilkington

Dr. Kayla Natividad, WELL AP, LEED Green Associate is the Architectural Technical Services Engineer for Pilkington North America. She received her PhD in civil engineering with a focus in glass design from Texas Tech University. A major focus of her work has been directed towards customer and product technical support, sustainability and green building initiatives, codes and standards development for North America, and glass industry advocacy and education.

PETER RUSSELL Partner / Hydronic Shell Technologies

Peter Russell has extensive experience in both design and management of all aspects of architectural project delivery, from concept through full project completion and from positions within academia, a large firm, and independently. He has experience managing large complex projects while interacting with stakeholders across multiple sectors and maintains a passion for social and environmental sustainability, and a deep knowledge of building efficiency strategies.

DAVID STAVROS Senior Design Principal / B+H Architects

David joined B+H in 1999 and was appointed as a Partner in 2005. He has expertise in conceptual design and design development of both large and small-scale institutional, educational, commercial and residential projects. David is an advocate of utilizing an interactive and participatory design process as the means of a higher level of design excellence.

CLAYTON TERBROCK Business Development Manager / Eastman

Clayton Terbrock is working at Eastman as the Business Development Manager for the Advanced Interlayers group in North America. He is responsible of overseeing the relations with architects and façade engineers, providing an experience of over 4 years with glass and laminated glass, in particular. With a background in Marketing from the University of Missouri, Clayton has been providing support to automotive glass laminators in the US and Canada for a few years now. He now brings his passion for glass to the architectural specifying community, offering training and relevant information on high performance laminated glass made with Saflex® and Vanceva® interlayers. He is based in Scottsdale, AZ.

TYLER WALKER

Principal / MJMA Architecture & Design

Tyler Walker is a Principal at MJMA who brings thoughtfulness and rigour to every project, balancing simplicity, functionality, and attention to materials to realize the aspirations of the communities with whom he works. Tyler believes that the primary aim of design should be furthering human well-being, and his focus at MJMA has been the research and advancement of sustainability, in particular mass timber structures. He has a wide-ranging portfolio that encompasses community, recreation, and campus architecture, with recent examples including the Churchill Meadows Community Centre in Mississauga, and the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre in Port Dalhousie.
