Youth Sports Virtual Training Kits
The Virtual Kits cover Skill training, Dance Cardio, HIIT, Hand-eye Coordination, Core, Foundational Movement, Footwork, Lower Body, Strength Training, Endurance, Balance & Mobility, and Dribbling Practice. Youth Programs is offering FREE Sports Virtual Training Kits to include Medicine Ball, Basketball and Soccer through the Boys & Girls Club of America that have partnered with Dribble Up.com. What is FSS? Honor Guard Spotlight Feature Our primary mission is to perform Military Funeral Honors for Active Duty, Retiree and Veteran members of the United States Air Force. Additionally, our secondary details are to provide Colors Team support to Promotions, Retirements, Change of Commands and other civic events within the National Capital Region. Our Area of Responsibility stretches across 55K square miles, 113 counties, and covers Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Kayaking at JBAB
Outdoor Recreation will be offering monthly Kayak Fundamentals and Skill Clinics starting in June. We will be meeting at JBAB to get outfitted with gear and cover safety considerations before launching. Two hours on the water and an hour instructional clinic prior to launching. Participants will learn basic kayak skills and concepts. Please bring a lunch and feel free to bring personal equipment.

OUTDOOR RECREATION TRIPS:
At Rosaryville State Park: 7805 W Marlton Ave. Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 Dates: 7/17 @ 9:00am $5/person GET OUT INTO THE FOREST! This trail is long but mostly flat and should take approximately 3-5 hours to complete based on ability. This is a good opportunity to meet new friends who love the woods as much as you do! Local guide books will be handed out to help hikers identify the local flora and fauna in addition to a lesson on ‘Leave No Trace’ (responsible backcountry procedures.)
