FLOW INFORMATION OPTION 1, TRAINER HAD ALREADY SHARED A TRAINING/NUTRITION PLAN WITH THE CLIENT
1. Client clicks on Online Coaching
Three tabs open (such as leads): Online Plans; A round photo with the photo of the trainer opens together with the Name of the trainer and the plans below the name of the trainer. We should also include a bubble below the name displaying V-Message, see one of the attachments in the email. The trainer and the client can communicate via email after the trainer had accepted for the lead.

Client opens and starts a communication channel with the trainer if needed.
Client can store his/her progress photos
Client can open a Calendar and check when had he/she sent photos to the trainer, reminders to when does he/she have to send new progress photos to the trainer, and his/her training plans.
SECOND FLOW, CLIENT
1. Client opens the map
2. Client opens Online Couching from the filtering system.
3. New Profile with new API opens

The client will give all his/her inputs before the trainer sends the client a training plan.

TRAINER
1. Trainer gets a message

Accept the lead and lead goes to upcoming

7. Click on Nutrition Plan and Nutrition Templates opens

Add exercises into custom forms, to send it by email we will charge USD 1.99. If the trainer send it by V-Message
The V-Message button activates only when both, the training and nutrition plans have been developed and stored in upcoming leads.
Create Nutrition Template, which we can delete or send by email as well. To send it by email we will charge USD 1.99. If the trainer send it by V-Message there is no cost.
A client receives a V-Message and a push notification
The notification will have an open button and this takes the client to the following screen:

Below online coaching, the trainer will see the tab “Calendar2. Once he opens it he will see the training plans he/ she had sent, to whom he had sent those and the calendar will also show the date when the progress photos had been shared:

Once the trainer opens V-Message, he/she will see a messaging system. If a client had already paid for online coaching, the trainer will see the client like (we don’t need real timing messaging system):
If we click on a client we will see something similar to this, with all the sent and received messages.
