IORGIO DREDGING LIMITED is an indigenous service company engaged in the design, maintenance and construction of oil & gas infrastructure, with experience spread across various areas of civil, electrical and mechanical works. The company was incorporated in 1994 with a view to providing low cost but effective dredging services to various high net-worth corporate concerns. Its operational base and corporate headquarters is in Lagos but has since established presence in the Niger Delta areas of Port Harcourt and Warri. The young company established a reputation of low cost but highly efficient service delivery to the admiration of existing major competitors in the industry. Corporate concerns where associate services have been provided include: The Petroleum Special Trust Fund (PTF), Chevron Nigeria Limited, The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC), The Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC), Daewoo Nigeria Limited, Saipem Constructing, Ports & Terminal Maintenance Services Limited (PTML), Capital Oil & Gas Limited and other Oil producing companies and their multi- national service providers. CORPORATE INTEREST IN OIL AND GAS ACTIVITIES GIORGIO DREDGING LIMITED's corporate interest in Oil and Gas construction activities started when several other contracting firms servicing the sector requested for its services to enable them meet up with their contractual requirements and deadlines. The services offered by GIORGIO DREDGING LIMITED were well acclaimed to be excellent by the clients. Consequently, management decided to expand our operational base and bring the services at more affordable rates directly to the end users. GIORGIO DREDGING LIMITED is set up and managed by a bunch of highly experienced personnel with vast industry knowledge, to operate in accordance with internationally acceptable standards and practices in order to provide competitive, versatile and reputable service in the industry. GIORGIO DREDGING LIMITED has a pedigree working in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria and has achieved a public relation mileage of reaching out and identifying with people in remote locations of its operations. In order to be able to handle extra ordinarily large projects in the area of major construction and maintenance, GIORGIO DREDGING LIMITED has gone into partnership with world leaders in marine equipment construction. One of such giants with technical support is Italdraghe S.p.A. of Italy. The aim is to harness joint resources to provide excellent services in all facets of oilfield and general industry services.

PROJECT TEAM STRUCTURE The project team is made up of both expatriate and Nigerians with extensive experience and capacity to carry out works and other projects in Oil and Gas facility designs, procurement and construction. Each project has a project team structure in line with job requirements. The Project Co-ordinator is in charge of the overall project. Directly next to him is the Project Manager. Under the project Manager, there are various teams, each with a supervisor as the head. Each Project Supervisor heads a full team which includes: Foreman, Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QQ/QC) Officer, Cash Officer, Welders, Fitters, Riggers, Surveyors, Specialist Supervisors, Dredge Masters, Mechanics, Electricians, Operators, Drivers, and other personnel that may be needed for the construction and commissioning stages. The Project Manager reports to the project coordinator. GDL has a pool of highly skilled personnel made up as follows: 1.

THE MANAGING DIRECTOR: The Managing Director is charged with the following responsibilities, among which include: - Approving articulated HSE policy for the company in accordance with industry standards. - Evolving new policies while updating the existing ones in line with client's requirements. - Ensuring prompt budgetary approvals without delay - Proving both financial and material resources for the management of HSE affairs. - Championing site audits for enhanced performance and taking effective control against laxity and inefficiency. - Establishing a viable communication system in such a way as to be accessible to the least worker and, or give fair hearing to the needs and problems of his workers.

PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR: To co-ordinate all project works in all the sites. - To participate in the general planning and execution of the project. - To liaise with client and statutory bodies. - To carryout the job of HSE audits. - To ensure issuance of PPE. - To participate in the investigation of accidents. - To develop implementation plans and follow-up procedures. - To ensure that company HSE policy is strictly adhered to. - To co-ordinate all instructions and give directives in areas where necessary. - - To audit site HSE Management in response to established Hazard Management system. - To be in attendance in -all site HSE meetings and persuade line management to respond to areas of needs. - To draft company quality assurance policy and ensure materials and work meet required Standard.

PROJECT MANAGER: -

Conduct daily toolbox briefings at the site. Preside over site HSE meetings. See to the day-to-day execution of the project. Lead role in organizing site safety audit. Conduct regular site HSE inspections and monitor safe work practices. Enforce the use of PPE at the site. Investigate accidents together with the site HSE Officer.

HSE MANAGER -

Champions daily tool box meetings and ensure documentation. Monitors and ensure compliance with HSE procedures. Is involved in the development of corporate HSE policies. Make requisition for provision of all HSE wears, ensures that site HSE Officers issue them to workers and keep records. Reviews HSE performance with management. Keeps statistics and records of safety performances. Leads the site drive to promote HSE awareness and accident prevention plans. Participates in the investigation of accidents, near misses, LTI etc. and record same. Carries out hazards management audits. Be directly responsible to the Managing Director. Liaises with the Project and Site Engineers to establish Health, Safety, Security and Environmental training needs. Liaises with client HSE department for updating information on overall safety. Maintains a regular up-date of Hazard Management forms and registers and forwards copies to client Project Engineer for the project. Develops safety procedures and guides for specific activities and communicates same to line Supervisors. Carries out scheduled and unscheduled site safety inspections. Plays an advisory role in Community Affairs and record proceedings and agreements. Represents the company in all HSE matters. Monitors all safety and security progresses on site and makes recommendations to line Management. Educates workers on required HSE procedure of work.

SAFETY SUPERVISOR: He shall: - In conjunction with Project Engineer, and HSE SUPERVISOR conduct daily tool box meetings - Be responsible to the HSE MANAGER. - The HSE SUPERVISOR may direct carries out assignments or duties as. - Records the minutes of Site HSE meetings. - Publicizes and conducts all HSE meetings. - Joins in regular site inspection and submits reports to HSE MANAGER. - Is in charge of statistics of safety materials brought to the site, as well as the disbursement. - Advises site management on emergency situations. - Manages hazards on site. - Reports and records all hazards observed on site and see to their close up. - Is directly responsible to the safety operation of his site.

LOCAL CONTENT MANAGER : - Handle all Public Relations duties including Community Affairs. - Educate company and community workers on Company Policies and Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act of 2010. Further enlightenment campaign against destruction of company work materials. - Liaise with client's CRO at all times to settle community issues. - Participate in the definition of the project policies and planning And execution - Co-ordinate all procurement activities such as purchasing, expediting etc. - Establish the project procurement procedures and programme. - Co-ordinate forwarding of requisition bids, bid appraisal and purchase orders release by the Project Manager. - Responsible for all in-country procurement, recruitment, including development of a systematic plan towards enhancement of capacity and capabilities through the deliberate utilization of Nigerian human, material resources and services in all company operations.

FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR: -

Participates in conducting daily tool box meetings on site. Educates workers on the safety requirements for their job. Ensures that workers comply with HSE procedure. Caries out audits in their work sites. Participates in the investigation of accidents. Reports any unsafe acts tot he site HSE Officer at all times. Ensures that workers comply with all site safety regulations including the use of PPE. Supervises and monitors regular house keeping in their areas of supervision.

MARINE ENGINERS/ DREDGE MASTERS / OPERATORS / DRIVERS -

Adhere strictly to all directives during operations. Attend all safety meetings and talks. Take part in safety drills. Communicate all unsafe acts and conditions as observed to site management. Report all accidents including near misses to the site HSE Officer or immediate Supervisor. Avoid poor jobs and use of defective tools.

MR. BENJAMIN OZOADIBE

Managing Director

Mr. Benjamin Ozoadibe is the Managing Director / CEO of Giorgio Dredging Company Limited. He is a man with vision powered by unconquerable impulse to break new grounds and cross-new frontiers. Little wonder that in 1994, he diversified from his successful large-scale importation of various heavy-duty plants, equipment and machinery spare parts to other concerns. He is a very successful businessman. The success achieved in business propelled him into the virgin field of oil and gas infrastructure, which is yet to be fully exploited by local indigenous firms. Mr. Ozoadibe is extensively vast in the operation and maintenance of equipment and has wide international connections, which cuts across Europe and America. He uses his vast experience to meet up with other challenges posed by the fast growing company. He has provided services for a wide range of clients in major corporations and government parastatals. He is the chief motivator and chief client liaison officer and his skills are invaluable in executing any project. Today Giorgio Dredging is a success story due largely to his vision and dynamic leadership. Mr. Ozoadibe has good knowledge of the English and Italian business environment. He is happily married with children.

SAMUEL OKOSUN

General Manager, Marketing / Corporate Affairs

Mr. Samuel Okosun holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration ( MBA) from the Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma and a Higher National Diploma (HND) {Upper Credit} from the Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta. Upon graduation in 1995, Mr. Samuel Okosun did his National Youth Service Corp in Lagos with the then National Oil & Chemical Marketing Company Plc. (NOLCHEM), where he was retained after a meritorious service year. He was soon after assigned to several positions in different departments and was exposed to various challenges. With the privatisation of the down stream sector and the subsequent acquisition and change of identity from NOLCHEM to CONOIL PLC., by Conpetrol Limited, which was the core investor, Mr. Samuel Okosun became one of the few surviving staff that were retained to nurture and revitalize the nascent corporation. He has since then held several positions amongst which were Lubricants Sales Superintendent, Lagos, Area Business Manager, Ibadan and Head, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Business, Benin, a position he held before joining Giorgio Dredging Limited as the General Manager, Marketing / Corporate Affairs. A native of the Esan Speaking tribe of Edo State, Mr. Samuel Okosun is happily married with one lovely daughter. His vast experience over the years is an asset to Giorgio Dredging Limited in its quest to re-defining customers' service in the industry.

ENGR. L. MARTYNS

Project Co-ordinator

Engr. L. Martyns is a Civil Engineer and graduate of the University of Lagos. Upon graduation, L. Martyns did his National Youth Service Corp in Maiduguri, Borno State where he was assigned to the State's Ministry of Works. During this period, he was exposed to various Civil Engineering works. He has successfully supervised the execution of various borehole projects, piling works and shoreline protection works. L. Martyns was employed in July 1981 by Westminster Dredging Nigeria as a superintendent. He held this position for two years during which period he was assigned to the various departments, After his internship as a trainee Operations Superintendent, L. Martyns was given various appointments over the years to become Contracts Agent (Manager) in 1993 and was transferred to Port Harcourt office as the Area Representative till year 2001 when he joined Giorgio Dredging Limited as a Project Manager. While in Westminster Dredging, L. Martyns supervised various dredging and other Civil Engineering contracts from beginning to completion. Mr. L. Martyns, has attended various project management courses both at home and abroad.

VICTOR OGO MBA (Esq.) - Local Content Manager / Head Human Resources Mr. VICTOR OGO MBA, Esq. holds both bachelor and master degrees in laws from the famous University of Lagos (UNILAG). He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1998. After a while in Legal Practice, he moved into the corporate world. He was the 1st Nigerian staff of the Hyundai Group in Nigeria. He developed vast business contracts for Hyundai in the areas of steel manufacturing, ship and other marine parts design and fabrication (FPSO), equipment repair and overhaul, Pipeline and Tank Farms (Bonny terminal Integrated Project BTIP, Forcados Integrated Projects among other projects. In Hyundai Group he was the Company Secretary and Group Deputy General Manager Business Development. He was in Germaine Auto Group as the AGM Monitoring and Administration. He joined Giorgio Dredging in March 2004 and has been working as the Company Secretary and Head, Human Resources. He puts the company well informed in the policy and implementation of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act of 2010.

ENGR. FRANK ALIO - Project Manager Frank Alio holds a B. Tech in Surveying from the University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He also holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Surveying from the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri. He has over 28 years of post graduate experience in oil and gas industry. He is currently the project manager for Giorgio Dredging Limited. Prior to joining Giorgio, he worked with the Trans Niger Dredging & Marine Limited for one year as the Project Manager. He was responsible for the supervision and management of daily activities as they relate to major civil, structural and other dredging assignments ranging from location preparation and road construction amongst others. He also had six years working experience with Foby Engineering as Chief Surveyor and later as a Project Manager. Between 1994 and 1998, he was the Senior Surveyor for Lansar Group. At Giorgio Dredging Limited, Alio is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the projects. He also conducts regular site HSE inspections and monitors safe work practices while organizing various safety audits. He has headed various offshore and swamp operations for Giorgio Dredging Limited. Frank Alio is a member, Nigerian Institute of Surveyors and holds certificate in Project Management.

EJIOFOR C. SIMON - Head, Civil / Structural Designs & Construction Mr. Ejiofor Simon is currently the head of civil / Structural Designs and construction projects. Simon got his Bachelor in Engineering (Civil/Structure) from University of Benin in 1986 and Masters in Engineering (Geotechnical/Foundation) from University of Lagos in 1989. He got his Masters in Business Administration from University of Ibadan in 1999. On graduation he worked with Strabag Nigeria Construction Limited where he gained experience in the field of Highway, Construction/ Maintenance and Structural Engineering works. He has been involved in the dualization of various Highways and rehabilitation of major Nigerian roads. Simon has worked for over six years with Ove Arap and Partners Consulting Engineers where he was in charge of design, construction, supervisions and maintenance of facilities, geotechnical investigations and reports for SPDC swamp locations. He later joined Costain (West Africa), a building construction company where he acquired immense practical experience in construction management. Simon is a versatile civil Engineer with varied experience in shore protection and piling works among others.

MR. ONWUNYIRIGBO CHUDI

Asset and Maintenance Manager

Engr. Onwunyirigbo attended Dennis Memorial Grammer School ( D. M. G. S), Onitsha and passed out in 1976 He obtained H N D with Higher Credit in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Management Technology (I M T) Enugu in 1981. Chudi further obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (P.G.D) in Mechanical Engineering from ASUTECH in 1980, and passed all the papers of the Nigerian Society of Engineers' Graduateship Examination in 1989. He further obtained an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Port Harcourt in 1996 and an M. B. A (Master in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing), from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt in 1996. As a pupil engineer, he started off with NEPA in 1982 and left as a Principal Engineer after serving at various power stations for 8 years. He joined Michelin Nigeria Limited, Port Harcourt, as manager in charge of Utilities/Energy/Fluids in 1990. He left Michelin to assume the position of general manager (projects) at Rotating Equipment Engineering Limited, Port Harcourt until November, 2000 to take up appointment with Giorgio Dredging Limited as Assets/Maintenance Manager. Engr. Onwunyirigbo Chudi is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Management and COREN. 25


GIOVANNI DEL GESSO (Italian) - Technical Support Contract (QA/QC) Manager Mr. Giovanni Del Gesso has over 35 years experience in vast areas of field engineering works in the Oil and Gas sector. His experience spans from Oil and gas pipeline systems, material selection and maintenance of heavy-duty equipment and several other similar projects in the chemical and oil industry in Europe, Africa and Latin America. He is presently the Technical Support Manager for Giorgio Dredging Limited, responsible for the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)

CLAUDIO TROIANO (Italian)

Technical Support Contract Manager, Training and

Business Development Mr. Claudio Troiano has over 18 years experience in the dredging and Oil & Gas sectors. While with Italdraghe, he was responsible for the ground-breaking achievement of the company in East Africa and middle East. He was seconded to Giorgio Dredging by our technical partners, ITALDRAGHE OF ITALY. He is the Manager, training and Business Development. It is his responsibility to see to it that Giorgio Dredging Staff acquire professional competence in line with the dynamics in the industry. He also organizes workshops, seminars and exchange programmes within and outside the country.

E. C. ANIEDOZIE

Head, Finance & Accounts.

He is a fellow of the Instituted of Chartered Accountants. His working experience spans over 20 years in various sectors of the economy both in Nigeria and abroad. Mr. Aniedozie started his working career with Servotomoic Gas Limited, Wolver Hampton, England, as Project Cost Accountant. He has also worked for different organizations at various times. These includes Eaton (Yale) Limited Wolver Hampton as Cost Accountant, Automotive Products Limited Leamington S.p.A., Italy as Internal Auditor, Pfizer Product Plc, Ikeja as Group Internal Auditor, Onigbobo Cement Company as Finance Controller, Aero-maritime Nig. Limited as Group Chief Accountant.

ROWLAND OLUSOLA AKANLE – HSE Manager. Mr. Rowland O. Akanle graduated from Petroleum Training Institute Effurun Warri Delta State Nigeria in 2003 with HND Industrial Safety and Engineering Technology. After some years work in the oil and gas industry, he obtained certificates in Control of International Work Place Hazard (NEBOSH) and International Health and safety Practical Application (NEBOSH) in 2009. In 2010 he obtained International General Certificate (NEBOSH). He also has certificates in First Aid, Journey Management, Fire Fighting, Hearts and Mind Training, HUET etc. Before joining Giorgio Dredging Limited in 2013 he has worked for Geodetic Positioning Services Ltd, Survicom Services Nig. Ltd as HSE coordinator respectively. Rowland is a member of Nigerian Safety Association (NSA), NEBOSH and IOSH. He is the company's key personnel in HSES Plan formulation, review, implementation and monitoring.

We have a Joint Venture Agreement with Italdraghe S.p.A. of Italy, (our technical partners) and a world class company that has continued to acquire more dredging experience both in the temperate and tropical regions.

PROFILE ON ITALDRAGHE S.p.A. Developed from a small shipyard originally founded back in the early 1950s, Italdraghe S.p.A. was established in 1968 to deliver first class services in Construction, Dredging and other major engineering endeavours. Its operational base in San Giovanni, Marignano (RN), Italy, spans across an area of approximately 15,000 square meters and include the Industrial Ship Building Section, Mechanical Workshops, Technical Design Offices and a Spare Parts Ware House. Italdraghe S.p.A. is a well known giant all over the world and its activities includes amongst others: Dredging. Hiring of Dredgers, Dredging Systems Equipment and Boosters. Management of In-Water Quarries. Cleaning of Deep artificial Hydro-Electro Basins. Construction of Roads. Construction of vessels, Tug Boats, Construction of Cutter Suction and Delivery Dredgers. Real Estate Development. The rotational design of its dredgers ensures easy handiness, low operating cost, and various possibilities of use for the extraction of solid minerals. They all have the RINA Certificate of Classification which is a mark of quality and trustworthiness. Also, its complete range of Bow Thrusters from 25 to 40 HP. Provides one with varieties in the choice of models for tube installation or external attachments while its modern design of vessels are ever ready and rugged to stand the test of time. Perhaps, the strength of Italdraghe S.p.A. lies in its technical dept well harnessed by a team of seasoned Management Team interwoven in the web of highly professional and dedicated work force. Little wonder therefore that its presence is firmly rooted in African countries such as Uganda, Zaire and our own dear country Nigeria but to mention a few.
