Without our great sponsors and friends, there is no Coralville Pride Festival. Our event is about recognizing the importance of the LGBTQ+ communities, families, friends, and allies in Coralville and our surrounding cities. Coralville Pride Festival is not only an exceptional opportunity to show your community support. It’s also the most significant fall event taking place while University students are in town and on campus, opening the opportunity for you to engage the LGBTQ+ communities, friends, families, and allies. EVENT INFORMATION The standard Booth will include an eight ft. table and two chairs (additional Charis available upon request. The cost of this Booth is $150. If you’re interested in adding a tent cover, the price is $250. There is a minimal number of tents available for this year’s event. Each booth includes one table and two chairs. Vendor space is limited, and booths are reserved on a first-come-first-reserved basis. Checks must be made payable to: Reach Out Markerting, LLC, 914 20th Ave Pl, Unit 10, Coralville, IA 52241 The Outdoor Festival takes place in the GreenState Credit parking lot (expanded) at City Centre Plaza, located at 1109 2nd Street, Coralville. We’re at aver high-profile location on the “Coralville Strip.” Parking space is limited for vendors and volunteers. Ideal parking after unloading is the nearby Coralville Library Parking Lot. The event runs from 11 am -to 8 pm. Events will be taking place all day long. Set up time is from 10 am - 11 am. A live radio remote starts promptly at 11 am and takes place on the Integrated DNA Technologies’ Entertainment Stage. WAVIER OF LIABILITY CORALVILLE PRIDE FESTIVAL PRESENTED BY GREEN STATE CREDIT UNION SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2022 11 AM -8 PM This waiver must be signed by all vendors, sponsors, sponsors, volunteers, and other non-mentioned event workers. Sponsorships, vendors, booths, and other partnerships require signed forms and payment before starting your agreed-upon role at the Coralville Pride Festival, Presented by Green State Credit Union. Vendor and information booths are on a first-come, first-served basis. This agreement releases Reach Markeing, LLC (ROMLLC Events), GoGuide Magazine, Coralville Pride Festival, entertainers and volunteers, and host site and presenting sponsor GreenState Credit Union from all liability to injures that may occur during, before, and after Coralville Pride Festival 2022 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I, the above mentioned, acknowledge the risks involved in any Festival. I swear I am participating voluntarily or by sponsorship over the vendor. I do not have any special conditions to increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while en ganging as a participant in the 2022 event. I forfeit all right to bring a suit against the event as mentioned above producers, sponsors, entertainers, volunteers, and other unmentioned workers assisting with the 2022 Festival.
