Health & Wellness Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle. You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for Benefits.

Healthe at Cerner Cerner supports and encourages healthy lifestyles through what we call Healthe at Cerner, our coordinated programs and services around health and well-being, designed for you and your family members. Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and well-being goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of well-being programming including: Online wellness classes and webinars. • On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. • Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. • Well-Being Connect for daily virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness and other on-demand classes and activities. •

Health & Well-being About Healthe at Cerner As a consumer of health care, you have the right to information, quality care, expedited reimbursement and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to actively manage all aspects of your health and care. Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.

Fitness Reimbursement Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed 50% of the individual membership dues up to a maximum of 1,110.00 MYR per calendar year, at eligible facilities/activities.

Healthe at Cerner is designed to help you Live Well throughout the course of your life by offering programs and services that span across the entire continuum of health and care.

Health Care

Health and Life Insurance Cerner partners with AIA Bhd as a preferred insurance provider, which provides you access to care in the event of a routine or emergency medical situation in Malaysia and offers rich and comprehensive health and life insurance plan for you and your immediate family members and eligible dependents. AIA is the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group – with a presence in 18 markets across the Asia-Pacific region.

Dental Care Dental Reimbursement Policy Dental Reimbursement Policy for Cerner applies to all associates employed by Cerner. This program is available to you and your dependents to assist with costs related to diagnostic and preventive dental care which includes:

• All Full Time and Part Time associates working more than 20 hours per week will be eligible

• 80% of the cost for provided care, with an annual maximum of 400 MYR. • Preventive dental care, filling, composites and sealants • Other services, including major dental care are subject to approval

Travel Plans ACE Travel Assistance Cerner provides travel life, accident and emergency medical insurance plans for associates and their eligible dependents at no cost. All eligible associates are automatically enrolled. These benefits are insured by ACE American Insurance Company.

Travel Emergency Medical Travel protection insurance is provided to Cerner associates travelling on international business. The plan provides the following types of coverage: ◼ Secondary Medical Insurance for Accidents and Illness ◼ Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation ◼ Medical assistance services ◼ Personal assistance ◼ Travel assistance This plan is secondary insurance and will pay covered claims after any other insurance or national health care payments are made.

Travel Life and Accident This Plan insures you if you experience a loss while traveling on business for Cerner (including personal deviation for up to 14 days) excluding normal commuting to and from work.

Time Off Time Off

As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Associates are entitled to a range of 15 or 20 days of annual leave per calendar year depending length of service. Part time associates will accrue a pro-rated portion of the full-time accrual based on their reduced schedule standard hours as a percent of full-time accrual.

Illness

Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Associates can take 14 to 22 calendar days (No Hospitalization) in aggregate of each calendar year available, and 60 calendar days (Hospitalization) in the aggregate in each calendar year, as may be certified by such registered medical practitioner or medical officer.

Holiday

Cerner recognizes 17 statutory public holidays each year.

Leaves Leaves Cerner provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs.

• Maternity Leave - 12 weeks at 100% base pay • Paternity Leave - 3 days at 100% base pay

My Life Resources Associate Assistance Program My Life Resources, provided by Spring Health, is our Associate Assistance Program (EAP). My Life Resources is here to help and guide you in taking the steps to a healthier, more vibrant life. Access confidential tools and services to empower you and your family through a variety of different situations. Services are at no cost to you and your household members, and are available via telephone or online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Additional Benefits Flu Vaccination Reimbursement Cerner allows reimbursement of one flu vaccination per calendar year per associate. Annual reimbursement will be issued up to a maximum of 117 MYR, which can include any applicable administrative fees up to that cap.
