Shop & Drop So that you don’t have to carry your items around the festival, we offer a ‘Shop & Drop’ facility, located near the main entrance, where you can leave your purchases until the end of the event session. 6

Home Delivery A home delivery service is available, despatching to any address within mainland UK. You can find the Home Delivery facility by the Main Entrance, next to the Taste of London Shop & Drop.

Love Regent’s Park Please enjoy and respect the beautiful surroundings of Regent’s Park. To help protect the park we do not permit the sale of drinks in glassware including glass bottles. We aim to be as green as possible by using biodegradable plates, bowls and cutlery made from recycled products; please dispose of these responsibly in the bins provided.

Transport The main exit of the festival is via York Gate off York Bridge. The closest tube stations to the exit are Baker Street (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines) and Regent’s Park (Bakerloo Line). Taste Theatre The world’s best chefs at the world’s greatest restaurant festival HEAD TO TASTE OF LONDON’S MAIN DEMONSTRATION STAGE, the AEG Taste Theatre, to see a host of culinary masters showcasing what’s hot right now in cooking. Some of the most prestigious chefs in the UK will be cooking up a storm live on stage in a stateof-the art AEG kitchen, including Nathan Outlaw, Jose Pizarro, Dan Doherty and Monica Galetti. On Wednesday evening Taste will celebrate the 50th anniversary of legendary chef Pierre Koffmann - the godfather of modern cuisine appearing alongside some very special guests from throughout his career including former protégés Marco Pierre White, Eric Chavot, Ben Murphy and William Curley.

Take your seat at the Chef ’s Table… A selection of lucky visitors to each demonstration will be invited to take their place on stage at the Chef’s Table, for a once-in-a-lifetime prime spot next to star chefs with the opportunity to sample their cooking first hand. 8

WORLD-RENOWNED CHEFS will be appearing at the brand new DS Automobiles: AvantGarde Theatre to re-create classically-inspired French dishes in a modern way. The Balvenie Lounge Join The Balvenie for a dram and an exclusive malt masterclass

THE BALVENIE SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY is unique among Scottish whisky distilleries in retaining the five rare crafts of whisky making. They still grow their own barley and malt it on a traditional floor malting, with the stills maintained by Scotland’s last resident coppersmith and casks maintained at an on site cooperage. These crafts are brought together by the skills of Scotland’s longest-serving Malt Master David Stewart.

The Balvenie Craftsmen’s Tasting Masterclass In between serving award-winning whisky, The Balvenie have been travelling Britain with acclaimed chef Michel Roux Jr to meet some of the country’s leading culinary craftspeople. The result is a beautiful, six-part mini documentary series, The Craftsmen’s Dinner. You can experience a taste of it first hand in The Balvenie Craftsmen’s Tasting Masterclass, sampling the organic Scottish beef and Norwegian smoked salmon featured in the series, paired with The Balvenie’s whisky expressions.
