FOUNDER’S MESSAGE WE ARE A company that cares, and we share from the heart. Our world-class products create an exceptional culture that is about uplifting others and helping them achieve their dreams. We are dedicated to the success of all as we help the individual. Wherever we go and whatever we do, we will constantly meet people who need help with something. Finances, health, and relationships are constantly under strain and are a main concern for so many individuals. Many people feel underappreciated and overstressed—and those are the lucky ones with homes, food, and jobs. Young Living provides an opportunity for anyone searching for a better way, a way to live your dreams, personally and professionally. How can we help the less fortunate, those who live in impoverished areas of the world and have no ability to change their environment? What about people who are the victims of Mother Nature? When I heard about the earthquake that shook Nepal in April, my heart went out to those people whose lives are now in chaos and who tragically lost family members and friends. We immediately felt an overwhelming desire to help, so we donated $25,000 to the Red Cross with a pledge to match donations up to another $25,000. In all, we raised $100,000! In April the D. Gary Young Foundation started a new project to help the children in the Maestral orphanages in Croatia. Many of our Diamonds were able to go there during the Diamond Retreat and share in the excitement that these children felt as they were showered with so many gifts. It is amazing how children and adults alike respond when they see how you care. Giving neglected and abused children hope and confidence is a major step toward guiding them to a bright future. It was a rewarding time for all of us. Wherever you go and whatever you do, always look to see how you can help and give what you can. Giving of yourself is a time of growth that brings a happiness that seems to burst from your heart as it touches the hearts of those you are helping.

CHANGING LIVES in Croatia HELD IN BEAUTIFUL Split, Croatia, and Paris, France, in April the 2015 Diamond Retreat was unlike any other retreat we’ve ever held! The event was filled with Young Living’s top leaders and was preceded by an immersive, multiday Raindrop Technique® training, plus the groundbreaking of our new Croatia farm. The Raindrop Technique event took place during three full days of Raindrop, emotional well-being, business, and product training at the beautiful Le Meridien Hotel. More than 1,400 attendees packed the house and enjoyed presentations from Young Living Founder and CEO D. Gary Young; Co-Founder and Executive

the foundation’s efforts to support underserved orphans in Croatia through our new partnership with Maestral International! Raindrop Technique training attendees, Diamond Retreat attendees, and Young Living staff had the opportunity to participate in the official groundbreaking of the Croatia farm and were thrilled to plant new helichrysum seedlings. The next day the Diamonds kicked off their retreat with a dinner at Le Meridien and a private performance by award-winning Croatian singer Goran Karan. Through the rest of the retreat, these top leaders relaxed and enjoyed tours of the historic island of Hvar; explored Paris,

Building Your Business

IT'S TIME TO GET FIT!

Run only three days a week. Your body needs the rest from the constant pounding that runners know all too well, and any more than three days a week can get boring. On your days off, go to the gym for light weight training or jump in a pool and do some water running.

Run with a buddy. Running with friends is more fun and it keeps you accountable to your goals, which is a major key to achieving them. Try to run early in the day so life doesn’t get in the way.

Pace yourself. One of the best ways to get motivated to get healthy is to enter races; start with a 5K run or walk, and work your way up. Soon you’ll be setting personal records in half and full marathons! Here are our best running tips that can help get you to the front of the pack at the next 5K:

This is important in two ways: first, you don’t have to be a track star from the get-go. Start with short distances; for some, this may mean you start by walking or jogging around your neighborhood. Second, it’s okay to speed-walk to warm up. Once you’re warm, mix up the pace and have some fun. Consider doing some hills to add in an extra challenge. Now that you’re set, get registered for some official races to keep you motivated!

YOUNG LIVING ECUADOR

Region Update

ECUA D OR @ A GL A NCE • Officially opened in 2011 • 85% YTD growth • Top 5 Faves: Peppermint, Valor®, Lemon, Lavender, & Peace and Calming®.

ECUADOR IS A unique market for Young Living. This beautiful country holds a special place in the hearts of Gary and Mary Young, and it offers the full Young Living experience with a farm and the YL Academy, which will graduate a class of 13 students this year! The farm primarily produces Dorado Azul, Palo Santo, Oregano, and Ylang Ylang essential oils. Young Living Ecuador officially opened in 2011 and currently has more than 1,700 active members. We currently sell 24 oils, two kits, and three diffusers; on May 23 we launched NingXia Red and a Premium Starter Kit! Ecuador’s 2015 strategy revolves around brand awareness and member education on wellness, purpose, and abundance. With webinars, stronger presence in social media, new product launches, and an exciting events strategy, we will see our members more actively sharing the wonderful Young Living products and opportunity. With new sales and marketing efforts, operational improvements, and the amazing team based in Guayaquil, our goal is to bring Young Living Essential Oils to every home in Ecuador.

ST. MARIES Weather conditions have varied from snow, rain, to extreme dry this spring; but recent rains have been a welcome relief. The crew has been working hard on preparing fields for planting 300,000 melissa and 150,000 lavender plants.

NORTHERN LIGHTS: Summer has come to British Columbia, and the farm is harvesting wild ledum to distill for the first time. The oil from this botanical will be put through vigorous tests and quality control measures to determine its quality and if it will hold a place in the YLEO inventory some day. HIGHLAND FLATS: Members from around the world recently participated in the Spring Planting event. It was a huge success, with more than 80,000 trees being planted this year, totaling more than 150,000 trees over the last two years. ECUADOR: The ylang ylang and dorado azul harvests continue. The farm is also producing Palo Santo essential oil. Weed control and fertilizer operations continue in the dorado azul, lemongrass, and mastrante fields. More than 168 goats on the farm produce cream and milk, which is used in the farm’s restaurant. MONA: Due to increased demand, the farm is in the process of expanding the goldenrod fields. Construction on a new Friesian barn and an arena for draft show competitions has begun. Juniper essential oil production continues.

WELCOME TO SINGAPORE’S FIRST

REVOILUTION

The inaugural RevOILution Wellness Expo was a day full of learning, sharing and fun! Held on the 20th of June, the Wellness Expo saw more than 5,000 attendees thronging the full-day event at Suntec Convention Centre Hall 404. Organised by Young Living Singapore, RevOILution Wellness Expo was a treat for all walks of life as plenty of fun-filled activities and informative talks for the whole family were available for the public to attend. The 16 multi-themed wellness booths and 4 specialized zones allowed attendees to immerse themselves in health/wellness/fitness products and services, and the all-day free yoga/pilates/ zumba classes allowed everyone a much-needed workout after all that exploring. If that was not enough to rejuvenate the crowd, the Raindrop and Vitaflex massage services rendered by certified masseuses at the atmospheric Raindrop Spa would certainly soothe anyone’s frazzled nerves from the work week. We hope the RevOILution Wellness Expo would be the first step towards a holistic revolution amongst the communities that we belong to, and it huge success would not be possible without the tireless help from our exhibitors, retailers, speakers, facilitators, sponsors, volunteers and production team! We hope everyone had a memorable time and see you again in 2016! Like the RevOILution Facebook page (www.facebook.com/revoilution.sg) or Young Living Facebook page (www.facebook.com/youngliving.sg) to view the event photos and follow the latest updates.
