FREE CONFIDENTIAL ADVICE

All PYA members are entitled to our confidential Membership Assistance Service (MAS). Last year, this service dealt with some 400+ cases, covering issues such as non-payment of salaries, unfair dismissal, contract issues, working practices and non-compliance of the Seafarers Employment Agreement at advice@pya.org. We also recently opened a welfare support for harassment, bullying, and mental wellbeing at welfare@pya.org. The MAS gives you peace of mind knowing we are here to listen, help and have your back.
