What is your strongest memory from production fortnight?

When it was all finished and the celebration afterwards. It was the first time that any of us had done anything like that [producing a magazine in two months].

What do you think could be done to improve diversity in the journalism industry?

The top journalism schools need to be more diverse, and that goes for both teachers and students, because I don’t think they're very accessible. Certainly when I was there, it wasn't diverse at all and I don’t know if things have changed. It's also very expensive, so there needs to be more grants.
