Mod Podge
2 Step 1: Coat the project with Ivory Acrylic Paint for the base coat, then 1 coat of Distress Crackle paint in Antique Linen
Step 2: Next layer creates color spots like on a Giraffe with Vintage Photo Ranger Distress Crackle paint
