Stamping with

Tutorial by Janette Garcia

Check out the fun results of stamping with acrylic paint; one more way to use your rubber stamps. So easy, so pretty, the texture is so unique; it is a must try! Supplies: Acrylic Paint- Martha Setewart(Beach Glass) Foam brush & tray; Stamp- Whimsy Stamps Lavish Flourishes

Step 1: First add a small amount of paint to a paint tray then spread it out evenly with the foam brush. This must be big enough to fit your stamped image. I am using a wide brush which is perfect for this technique. Step 2: Next place your stamp directly on top of the paint. For best impressions you must not add too much pressure just enough to transfer the paint onto the stamp.

1 Step 3: Next stamp directly onto your project. To get the best impression it is key not to apply too much pressure when stamping on your project. You will need to even out the paint on the tray for re-stamping adding more paint as necessary. I love the look and texture that is given by stamping with paint. I really hope you will give it a try.
