Step 1: First, to assemble my supplies, I cut a 6” x12” piece of card stock, scored and folded at 6” for the card base. Then cut a 5.75” piece of patterned paper for the front of the card. I used Quickutz dies to cut a 3.5” circle for the printed image and a 3.75” circle of brown card stock for the matte. Using the Notables die, I cut it over the sentiment and then to make the matte, I simply flip the die over and trace it onto the brown card stock and cut it out with scissors. I printed two extra butterflies so I could add them after and give the image some dimension. This photo also shows I have the image and sentiment coloured, matted and ready to go

Step 2: Using the Dandelion Border die, I cut one out of the patterned paper and one from the glitter paper (save the tiny flowers from the glitter paper) Step 3: Glue the patterned paper down onto the cardstock

Step 4: Take the die cut glitter paper, carefully matching it up with the patterned paper and set into the die cut outline on the background paper. At this point, I carefully lifted the edges up a bit at a time and using a glue pen, added dots of glue, then press it down and hold to set

Step 5: Cut a few more of the flower areas on the Dandelion die from scraps and add a pearl center for each. I then assembled the card by gluing down the flowers, adding some pearls to the cut out area of the flowers on the inset and adding a butterfly on top of each of the original, bending it out a bit for dimension
