WHAT IS THE W CLUB? The W Club was created in 2016 by the Westside Foundation—an official support group recognized by Westside Community Schools. The mission of the W Club is to contribute to the advancement of District 66 to achieve the following: • Provide funding to support the continuance of educational, artistic and athletic excellence for our children and the community. • Support programs where district funds are not available. • Recognize excellence through student scholarships and teacher/staff awards. • Enhance collaboration of those within our community by providing information about Westside Foundation, alumni and District 66 schools.

RECAP OF 2020 W CLUB CAMPAIGN Last year was a record-breaking year for the W Club! The W Club membership increased to 414 members and raised $147,506 (26% increase from 2020)! Our goal when starting the W Club was to engage alumni and friends of Westside Community Schools to benefit all students and teachers within the district, and it has become a reality because of the amazing support. 2020 W Club funds supported the following areas: • Student Identification Technology • Annual W Club Academic Scholarships • ACT Prep Class for Students • Warrior Sports Hall Renovation
• Warrior Culture • Career Academy • School Snack/Energy Pantry for Students • Certified Nursing Scholarships • And Much More
