Lara Gatt gets the WEDDINGDAY pampering treatment! Lara Gatt is an 18-year-old accounting student who will be getting married in 2014. “My friend encouraged me to apply for this makeover and I never believed I would be chosen. My hand was trembling when I phoned everyone to tell them, as I hadn’t told my family I had applied. I was so excited, I really wasn’t expecting it.”
The Venue: The Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux in Mdina Probably Malta’s most sophisticated boutique hotel, situated in the Silent City, this venue is very popular with foreign couples looking for a historic venue as well as Maltese couples who want the grandeur of the bastions. The majestic palace, with its imposing entrance and beautifully preserved courtyard, was the ideal backdrop for Lara’s photo shoot.
