How does someone become the talent in the “Entertainment Capital of the World?” Start by asking Tony Moreno, bassist in the Frankie Moreno band. He did it by performing in 40 countries, writing and recording six albums, and scoring a coveted appearance on Dancing With the Stars, all before his 30th birthday. The musical phenom, who also plays guitar and piano, took the stage with his older brother at age 14, and is one-third of the group’s songwriting team, along with Frankie and younger brother Ricky. “My favorite thing to do is write music and go through the whole recording process,” he says. “You get done, and then you start all over.
