Pasquale Romano age: 30 As the director of VIP services for the 9 Group, Pasquale Romano has to be ready to party with the 1,500-plus contacts in his iPhone at any minute. But he relishes the frenetic work schedule. Romano was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which proved to be an asset for his career. “I love to go out and talk to people,” he says. “And having ADHD helps, because you have to move around a lot.” The seven-year nightlife veteran also credits a simple formula for his rise through the club ranks from porter to director. “You just have to be humble, respect people and be nice,” he says. “A lot of people don’t do that.”
