The Management (M.S.) degree is for mid-level and senior business leaders who need to enhance and emphasize their leadership skills as well as young professionals eager to advance in their careers by focusing on the human side of management. The program increases the practical skills as well as confidence of business professionals, empowering them to take their careers to the next level.

FEATURES

Offered completely online, this program is designed for working professionals. With three semesters per year and two eight-week sessions each semester, there are six entry points for the program. USF designs course schedules three years in advance so that students with busy professional lives can plan their degree path, with the option to complete in as few as 12 months.
