The Business Administration (B.S.) is for the adult student who wants to strengthen their own management performance or who wants to assume a management position in a variety of areas of including organizational/ operational, logistics, health care, non-profit, service, and human resource management. The goal of this program is to prepare students to meet the challenges and demands they face as managers.

Graduates are able to employ a variety of effective managements strategies including:

• Organizational change strategies

• Organizational behavior research

• Human resource management

• Facilities management

• Service management

• Strategic business management

FEATURES

Offered online, USF’s B.S. in Business Administration program is designed for working professionals. With three semesters per year and two eight-week sessions each semester, there are six entry points for the program. USF designs course schedules three years in advance so that students with busy personal, work, and travel schedules can plan their degree path.

FINANCING YOUR EDUCATION

Students are eligible for financial aid in the form of student loans, payment plans and tuition reimbursement deferment. All students should submit the Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov. USF’s code is 001664.
