IGNYTE Camp 2015

From December 7-10, 2015, 497 IGNYTErs travelled to Batam (Indonesia) for their annual IGNYTE Camp. Benjamin Voon reflects on his time there. As I got ready for camp, I thought to myself, “It’s probably going to be like the previous camps. We’ll play the same old games, sit through three-hour night services, and take photos on the last day with our groups”. I couldn’t have been more wrong. we even had six First-Time Visitors (FTVs) coming with us. When I got to Trinity@Paya Lebar in the morning, I was surprised to find the place buzzing. During the night service, I took back my initial doubts about camp. God moved among us in such an amazing way and words can’t describe the awesomeness of His presence. IGNYTErs cried out for more of Him and, for the first time in a long while, I started tearing in the powerful presence of God. In that time, I knew lives were being touched and hearts mended from past hurts.
