ashion Angels will launch a new line of Upcycling kits for tween girls this year. These new kits take two important tween trends, saving the planet and do-it-yourself projects, to the next level with a fashionable approach. Each kit is themed by the material it reclaims to create the projects: T-shirts, plastic bags, plastic bottles, and toys and games. Each Upcycling kit comes with a design guide featuring step-by-step instructions for up to 10 projects, plus ideas to create variations on those projects for even more unique items. Each kit also includes basic craft materials, such as earring hooks, chains, beads, bracelet wire, and more. With the Upcycling line, kids can turn plastic grocery bags into a wall hanging or a headband, an old T-shirt will become a pillow or a wrap bracelet, a plastic bottle can be transformed into a purse, and old game board pieces can turn into a statement necklace. Additionally, Fashion Angels will present new additions to its It’s My Biz line of girl entrepreneur kits, and new items for its tween lifestyle line Style.Lab. This line includes accessories, room décor, tweenfocused natural beauty care, and more. Fashion Angels will also expand the product offerings of its licensed brands, including Monster High, Ever After High, Barbie, My Little Pony, Equestria Girls, Littlest Pet Shop, Hello Kitty, and Project Runway. Fashion Angels will also welcome Mattel brand American Girl to its licensed product line this year.
Kids Can Create, Style, and Wear with Wooky

he Charmazing Color Me Up! Hearts Collection, from Wooky Entertainment, is a line of collectible, design-yourown charms. Kids can customize bracelets, necklaces, and more with unique charms, gems, and beads. With the free Charmazing app, kids can scan their charms and complete their collection virtually. The Chalk It Out! Hair Stencil Kit is an easy-to-carry compact case with six hair chalk color pods, stencils for designs, and a hair clip for kids to add temporary color to their locks. Kids can match their nail art to their accessories with the nail polish colors and gems in Wooky’s Polish Duo. The set includes four plastic bangles, two bottles of nail polish, and nail art accessories. The Light Up Nail Dryer & Top Spot Nail Art kit offers kids a complete nail art set, including manicure accessories and a light up nail dryer, to give tweens the full nail salon experience. The set includes five nail polishes, a nail dryer, and nail tools. Kids can make beaded bracelets with the Style Me Up X-Loom craft kit. The expandable beadloom tool lets kids measure the length of their bracelet as they create bead designs. There are more than 3,400 beads and craft materials to choose from, and kids can expand the size of their bracelets up to 16 inches. Based on the Disney movie Descendants, the Descendants Light Table & Sketchbook features illustrations of characters and a backlit-tracing table. Kids can use detailed stencils, stickers, and sketching pages to design their own fashion collections.
